About Us. Overview

EON Resources Inc. (“EON”) was formerly HNR Acquisition Corp (“HNRA”) until the name was changed September 18, 2024. EON is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE American”) under the symbol “EONR”.


EON is an independent energy company focused on Energy, Oil, Natural Resources, and other aspects of the Energy Industry. Our current focus is as an upstream energy company with producing oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin. Our plans are to maximize total returns to its shareholders by growing through acquisition and through the development and enhancement of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the United States.

First Acquisition

Our first acquisition was an independent upstream energy company with a waterflood property located on the Northwest shelf of the prolific Permian Basin in New Mexico. The property has 343 wells producing oil and gas and 207 injection wells for a total of 550 wells on ~13,700 contiguous acres.
